Private Workshops

If you can’t reach 10 attendees, you’re still welcome to run your session.
The minimum booking fee (10 participants) will still apply.

Yes, we travel across South Australia.

Depending on your location, a higher minimum booking or travel fee may apply. We’ll confirm this with you before securing your date.

We require one nominated organiser to manage payment for the group.
Individual payments are not available for private bookings.

Your booking secures the minimum number of participants.

If additional attendees wish to join closer to the date, they’re welcome to attend. We simply require confirmation at least 24 hours prior so we can prepare sufficient manikins and equipment.

Additional participants can pay on the day.

To host a private workshop, you’ll need:

• Space to comfortably seat your group
• Floor or table space for CPR practice
• A TV with HDMI
or a blank wall with nearby power for our projector

We arrive approximately 20–45 minutes prior to set up (depending on group size), and will require chairs arranged and the space cleared before arrival.

Pack-down takes approximately 20–45 minutes after the session.

We understand that plans can change.

Private bookings require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for cancellation. This allows us to release your educator and offer the date to others.

Cancellations within two weeks of your session are non-refundable, as your booking has been reserved exclusively for your group.

If your host becomes unwell or unavailable, we recommend arranging a backup host or venue in advance.
