The First Year Is Full of Decisions.
Â
Is this fever too high?
Â
Is this breathing normal?Â
Â
Is co-sleeping an option?
Â
Is my baby choking... or are they just gagging?
Â
VIEW THE PROGRAMThese are the kinds of questions that come up in the first year. Sometimes in the middle of the night; sometimes at the dinner table.
And sometimes, they come up when everything's probably fine, but you just want to feel sure it is.
Information Isn't the Same as Confidence.
Safe Sprouts was created by paramedics who understand how emergencies actually unfold — and how parents respond under pressure.
We focus exclusively on infants because the first year presents specific risks and developmental stages that require focused training, not generic advice.
We teach prevention and response together. You learn how to reduce risks in your baby's environment, recognise early warning signs, and respond clearly if something changes.
But we also address something most courses overlook: how to think and act under stress.
You are guided step-by-step using simple response frameworks and 12 month support.
Because confidence isn’t built by hearing information once, it’s built by practising how to use it.
